Shipping Policy

We currently ship within India. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available upon request through our WhatsApp concierge.

Complimentary standard shipping is provided on all orders above ₹10,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, our concierge will share the tracking details with you directly via WhatsApp.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate and cosmetic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a bottle has been opened or sprayed.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our concierge within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.

Unopened bottles in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
